This project includes an interactive map using StoryMaps and a timeline using Timeline.js.
It is imperative to establish that the fight for equal rights—socially and academically—at the University was not accomplished by one man alone but by the combined efforts of all genders throughout multiple decades. When we focus on just one story, we miss out on all the other people who have interesting stories to tell about their contribution to the integration of UM.
