Alternating each year between the Oxford and Jackson campuses, Research Day provides a forum for UM and UMMC employees and students to share their exciting research and creative scholarship work and interests with one another in an environment that facilitates conversation and collaboration building.

Events include 3-minute talks, speed networking, breakout sessions, and posters.

The fifth annual University of Mississippi Research Day will be held Friday, April 26, 2019, at the Jackson Avenue Center (JAC) on the Oxford campus.

About the venue: Ample parking is available on-site in the JAC Park-N-Ride parking lot. UM Oxford campus employees and students with any valid parking permit are allowed to park in the JAC Park-N-Ride parking lot with their existing permit. UMMC employees/students and all others planning to park a car will need a visitor’s parking permit, which you request during registration, and pick up at the registration desk the day of the event.
