Abstract
James "Jimmy" Robertson, retired justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court and former UM Law faculty, discusses the acquisition of two volumes about Space Law belonging to Prof. Myres McDougal, a graduate of UM who went on to teach at the Yale Law School for 50 years. He also talks about and his new book Heroes, Rascals, and the Law: Constitutional Encounters in Mississippi History (2018).
