Abstract
The following list of names and the certificate numbers of those to whom Certified Public Accountant certificates have been granted by The University of the State of New York to December 31, 1916, was compiled from the available official sources, and is believed to be complete and accurate. The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants assumes no responsibility, however, for errors which may have occurred in its compilation. The designation of deceased certificate holders represents the available information, but as there is no source from which a complete list of such deceased certificate holders could be secured, it is probable that the information given on this point is incomplete.
