Abstract
In formulating these regulations governing the destruction of records of steam roads, it was the aim to have the list of accounts, records, and memoranda therein as complete as possible, so as to afford the. carriers the greatest amount of relief that can properly be given. In the preparation of these regulations the Commission has had the cooperation of the Association of American Railway Accounting Officers and of its Standing Committee on Corporate, Fiscal, and General Accounts.
