Frank Matheis is a regular contributing writer for Living Blues magazine, having also written for multiple publications for over 30 years. He is co-author (with Phil Wiggins) of the book Sweet Bitter Blues – Washington’s Real Homemade Blues (University Press of Mississippi, 2020). As a former DJ with WKZE, WVKR, and Deutschlandradio, he produced award winning radio documentaries. He is also a music and nature photographer.
