Scott Blusiewicz (sblusiew@go.olemiss.edu) is a PhD candidate in History. Blusiewicz’s research and teaching interests include modern American history with a specific focus on the civil rights era, African American history, and southern history. Blusiewicz holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, an M.S. in journalism from Texas Christian University (TCU) and an M.A. in history from the University of Mississippi.
