The images in the Child Nutrition Archive’s Photograph Collections are provided for educational purposes only. While the Archive endeavors to determine the copyright holder to all materials in the collections, in many cases this determination is impossible.

Researchers are responsible for using these materials in accordance with applicable law, including, without limitations, United States Copyright Law and the laws of privacy and publicity. The user bears the sole responsibility for acquiring any and all permissions as may be necessary from the copyright holder and subject or subjects whose images appear in the materials to reproduce and use such images.
