Journal of Space Law

About

The Journal of Space Law explores the legal problems arising out of human activities in outer space. Papers addressing all aspects of international and national space law are welcome. Papers that address the interface between aviation and space law or cyber and space law are also welcome.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts between 8,000 to 15,000 words, and accompanying abstracts, for review and possible publication in the Journal of Space Law. Papers must be properly referenced and cited using The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass’n, et al. eds., 21st ed. 2020).
