Description

1977 Jefferson-Jackson Day in Biloxi, Mississippi. Tom Riddell introduces U.S. Senator James O. Eastland who then introduces Kenneth M. Curtis, Chairman of the National Democratic Committee. Curtis discusses the Mississippi Democratic Party. Followed by an unidentified man interviewing Eastland about whether he intends to run in the 1978 election.
