Description
Letter to the editor in response to a previous letter from a Mississippian working as a missionary in Nigeria, which presumably commented on the events surrounding the integration of the University of Mississippi and encouraged integration. The writer of the present letter, Edna Whitfield Alexander, claims that the missionary cannot have accurate knowledge of the events at Ole Miss because of biased media coverage, and rails against the amalgamation of disparate races.; Source: Jackson Daily News
