Topic: LEGO as an Educational Tool for Middle School and High School Students
Location: Baxter Room, Second Floor
LEGOs are a beloved toy for children of all ages, but they can also be used as an educational tool. In this session, participants play through a LEGO Education outreach program developed at UM which teaches users how to problem solve, be creative, work within a team, and have fun learning. Participants will learn how this program can be expanded in their libraries depending on age group and class size.
