Description
Sixty-second clip from the end of "Special Report" hosted by Brit Hume. Topics discussed include: the lack of a congressional budget passing for the year which Senate Republicans thinks reflects badly on Senate Democrats. The Senate GOP put together a slide show of pictures of the senators from today and 28 years ago set to the song "The Way We Were." Followed by a sixty-second clip of a video detailing the congressional achievements of the Republican Party for the year 1999, including the Education Partnership Ability Act, an increase in defense spending, and money for fighting crime and drug control.
