Miles' description: Lt. Gov. Johnson gets out of the car and flexes himself. Behind can be seen members of the Mississippi Sheriff's Association who had volunteered as 'back up.' Among them might have been some "good ole boys" recruited by their sheriff friend as he traveled to Oxford that day; Corresponding Negative, folder 8.
