Abstract

The establishment of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) Of Liberia was agreed on as part of the Accra Comprehensive Peace Agreement in August 2003. The National Transitional Legislative Assembly of Liberia then approved the Act to Establish the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Liberia (TRC Act) on 10 June 2005.
