This presentation will discuss how R users can disseminate and share their work through R Markdown documents. Users will learn how to build the R Markdown sections (YAML, headers, executable code, output) and how to knit the R Markdown file into an HTML, pdf, or .doc output. Open code documentation through R Markdown help to increase research reproducibility and transparency across disciplines.
