Abstract: EMPHATIC is a tabletop (approximately two meters long) experiment with the goal to improve hadron flux uncertainties. This ultimately improves neutrino flux predictions benefiting searches for: Short-baseline sterile neutrinos, Dark matter production in the neutrino beamline, Non-standard interactions (NSI) in neutrino production and interactions.
