Abstract

The Meek School of Journalism and New Media debuts the latest in a series of award-winning magazines, this one on Delta food. At a time when Delta obesity and Delta food are gaining national attention, a panel of students who produced the full-color, 124-page magazine, Land of Plenty, discuss what they found during a semester of reporting.
