Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. - Mac Haik's business may employ 725 and generate $513 million per year, but he doesn't punt personal calls to a secretary – and he still loves the University of Mississippi. A Meridian native, Joseph Michael "Mac" Haik was honored in 1968, after an impressive academic and football career, when his fellow UM students elected him "Colonel Rebel."
