Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - Have nutrition trunk, will travel. That's the goal of the new trunk project at the University of Mississippi's National Food Service Management Institute. The NFSMI Nutrition Trunk is going a long way to teach school children of all ages the benefits of eating healthy.
