Abstract
University of Mississippi law professor Ronald J. Rychlak offers insight and analysis related to issues surrounding Pete Rose's bid for reinstatement to baseball. Rose, who was banned from professional baseball in 1989, admits to betting on games in his new book "My Prison Without Bars" and discusses the matter Thursday night on ABC-TV's "Prime Time Live" program.
