Abstract
The McCoy Working Group, created by the Mississippi Legislature in 2003, reports Tuesday, Feb. 3, on a 20-year strategy to invest in higher education and accelerate economic growth. The group, co-chaired by University of Mississippi Chancellor Robert Khayat, Commissioner of Agriculture Lester Spell and Hinds Community College President Clyde Muse, delivers its recommendations to the House of Representatives at 2 p.m. in the Capitol in Jackson.
