Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - The Fourth Amendment was not intended to make it impossible for citizens to protect themselves from real terrorist threats, says law professor John Burkoff, who delivers the inaugural James Otis Lecture Wednesday (Feb. 4) at the University of Mississippi School of Law.
