Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - Stephanie Showalter, former research counsel at the University of Mississippi Law Center, has been named director of the National Sea Grant Law Center and the Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Legal Program, both also under the auspices of the UM Law Center.
