Abstract
JACKSON, Miss. - The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) will vote whether or not to adopt a tuition and room and board fee increase at their June 17 meeting. The presidents of Mississippis public universities met with the budget and financial affairs committee last week to ask for tuition increases.
