Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - Statistics on obesity suggest that eating plenty of foods rich in vitamins and minerals while limiting those full of fat and empty calories is a hard sell for adults. It's perhaps an even harder sell for children: supermarkets don't put all that processed sugary goodness at a 9-year-old's eye level just for the heck of it.
