Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - As hundreds gather June 20 in Philadelphia, Miss., to commemorate a heinous crime that took place there - the 1964 murders of three young civil rights workers - standing with Neshoba County citizens will be staff from the William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation at the University of Mississippi.
