Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. -- Two months after surviving a near-fatal car wreck last year and enduring the multiple facial reconstructive surgeries that followed, Joshua Dudley Kipp of Jackson served as a delegate to the Mississippi Governor's School where he earned special honors.
