Abstract
Mississippi's highways rank as the nation's second deadliest, concludes a study released earlier today by CNN/Money.com. The report is compiled from census reports and data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. With a rate of 30 deaths per 100,000 people, Mississippi ranks above all states except Wyoming.
