Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - Billy Rhodes, assistant dean and instructor in the Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi, is the inaugural winner of the T.P. Vinson Outstanding Faculty Award at UM-DeSoto Center in Southaven.
