OXFORD, Miss. - Joseph E. "Joe" Dabney of Atlanta is the winner of the 2005 Jack Daniel Lifetime Achievement Award from the Southern Foodways Alliance, housed at the Center for the Study of Southern Culture at the University of Mississippi.
