Abstract

OXFORD, Miss. - Early Saturday morning, the stage at the Gertrude Castellow Ford Center for the Performing Arts stood empty. But by the time theater-goers sat down that evening, the stage had been transformed into a larger-than-life junkyard with enormous tires for cats to jump on, a gigantic trunk to hide in and oversized socks to bat around.
