Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - A civil engineering doctoral student at the University of Mississippi who has provided ideas for rebuilding areas ravaged by Hurricane Katrina has been awarded a prestigious Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Graduate Fellowship.
