OXFORD, Miss. -- Arthur Levine, president of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, discusses his latest study on educating school teachers Tuesday (Oct. 24) at the University of Mississippi. The 3 p.m. public lecture “Educating School Teachers” takes place in Johnson Commons Ballroom.
