Abstract
Growing up, Patricia Emily (Moon) Bramich and her sisters enjoyed visiting their grandmother, Emily Chapin (Parsons) Gill, and playing dress-up in their ancestors' hoop-skirted dresses, poring over family letters and hearing personal stories. With these experiences, they came to appreciate preserving the past.
