Abstract
Two professors in the University of Mississippi’s Department of Sociology and Anthropology have co-authored an article that appears in “21st Century Sociology: A Reference Handbook” (Sage, 2006). Titled “The Sociology of Food and Eating,” the article by Elise Lake and Minjoo Oh is one chapter in the two-volume, 1,344-page work released in mid-November.
