Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - Smiles and sawdust spread around as power saws cut plywood and stock lumber to specifications. Hammers pounded nails into walls. Drills screwed hinges and hooks into boards. Wooden bins were equipped with rollers then wheeled across the floor.
