Abstract

OXFORD, Miss. - You don't miss the water until the well runs dry, according to the cliche. But in reality, the interruption or destruction of water-related infrastructures caused by a disaster - whether natural or man-made - can mean not only the loss of water but also serious repercussions affecting other critical systems and infrastructures vital to society.
