Abstract
OXFORD, Miss. - An historical injustice was righted three years ago when the William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation joined Neshoba County residents to create the Philadelphia Coalition that pushed for the prosecution and conviction of the man who murdered three civil rights workers in 1964.
