Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Jack-o-Lanterns are more than just ugly faces. Instead of just carving holes into a pumpkin this Halloween, stop a minute and think of all the delicious edibles a pumpkin can provide. Pumpkins make good soups and pies. And you can roast the seeds, too.
