Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Judge Phyllis A. Kravitch of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit -- the first woman federal judge in the Southeast and the third female U.S. Circuit Court judge in the country -- will be the guest Matthews Lecturer at The University of Mississippi School of Law March 18.
