Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- University of Mississippi graduate student Lee Rowell of Hattiesburg won the first KPMG/Tau Alpha Chi National Tax Paper Competition -- earning both himself and the Ole Miss School of Accountancy recognition, $1,500 and a plaque.
