Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- It's a well-known fact that the American South has a love affair with food. Think of its inventions -- cheese grits, red velvet cake, sweet potato pie and enough types of barbecue, fried chicken and entrees featuring catfish that would make even BaskinRobbins proud.
