Abstract
Thanks to a $1.5 million grant to the City of Oxford from the U.S. Department of Transportation through its Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) research and development program, new ITS technology will be used to study transportation concerns. Oxford is providing matching funds for a total project of $2.4 million.
