Abstract

UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Artist Lou Jordan may live in Virginia and exhibit her paintings throughout the world, but the formative years she spent in Mississippi have never really left her. The way she speaks, moves and especially her choice of career all have been influenced by the Magnolia State.
