Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- The strong U.S. economy with its tight labor market is making it hard for the U.S. military to fill the ranks with highly qualified personnel. Assigned to tackle this problem is The University of Mississippi School of Business Administration, named the lead research unit in a three-university consortium funded by the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
