Abstract
Through a lot of hard work and budgeting, you've managed to save enough money for a down payment on a home and own your piece of the American dream. You've done the struggling, the rest should be easy, right? Not always. There are lots of factors that must be considered before purchasing a house. And to make things even more complicated, the huge popularity of the Internet has spawned everything from companies who sell homes online to literally dozens of firms offering a wide variety of home-mortgage loans.
