Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- How can a trend of declining leadership skills in the United States be halted? According to a recently released report by the W.W. Kellogg Foundation, higher education must take the reins by teaching students, faculty and administration to effectively guide others -- exactly what The University of Mississippi is accomplishing through its new Lott Leadership Institute.
