Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- During the holidays, fat grams just don't count. Overloading on carbohydrates and sugar is a must, and showing off your best cooking skills is as necessary as Bing Crosby singing White Christmas. It's not officially Christmas in any household across the land until everyone is miserable from the amount of food they have cooked, eaten and pushed off on every neighbor within a 10-mile radius.
