Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- The White House may seem a bit “chili” after the inauguration of George W. Bush on Saturday, but it has nothing to do with the political climate. With the change in administration comes a variation in the eating habits of those in the nation’s capital and possibly across the country, said a Southern food expert at The University of Mississippi (UM).
